Lisa Shortridge serves as Director of Operations & Learning at Harley’s Heating & Air Conditioning, where she focuses on building strong internal systems, developing people, and improving day-to-day operations.
Before joining Harley’s, Lisa spent nearly 20 years at PayPal, working her way up from customer-facing roles into leadership, training, and enterprise project management. Her experience includes designing and managing training programs, supporting large-scale tool and process launches, and leading cross-functional projects within PayPal’s Global Customer Services organization.
Most recently, Lisa served as a Business Project Manager, supporting initiatives tied to AI-driven tool development and transformation. In this role, she coordinated stakeholders, assessed risks and dependencies, and communicated progress to leadership—helping teams adapt to new systems and ways of working.
At Harley’s, Lisa brings this background to operations, onboarding, and continuous learning, ensuring the team has clear processes, strong support, and the tools needed to deliver consistent, high-quality service to Lincoln homeowners.
