First I’d like to mention whoever called me initially to change my appointment but then figured out how to send someone out last minute is an absolute god send and so appreciated. If I could give Randy 10 stars I would. He was very pleasant and professional! He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing something. He explained what he was doing and helped me sign up for their routine visits to prevent the issue from happening again! I can’t thank this team enough! Excellent service, on the weekend too! Woke up to my house at 58° on a Saturday morning and called Harley’s, they showed up and had my heater working within 3 hours from my call! The communication from Harley’s is very good. I received a breakdown on the phone of fees and when I could expect my service technician, a short time later I received a text telling me my technician was on the way with a photo of who I could expect to see at my door. Mr. Shortridge was very nice and informative telling me what he was seeing and how he was going to fix the issue. Now my heater is up and working and I’m able to move around the house without full winter gear on.
